Body Works With Beth ~ complimentary videos

While sheltering-in-place (pandemic 2020) and unable to serve my clients,  it became clear to me that many people were experiencing higher levels of stress and anxiety, body aches and pains, and chronic neck pain seemingly due to an increase in everyone's use of computers, phones, tablets and television.  I wanted to find a way to support the wellness of my clients, friends and family, so I spontaneously made some "do-it-yourself" massage videos and started a YouTube channel all in one day!   Not one of these are edited I just shoot and send.
